Effect:
Hyphaetonine can significantly inhibit the swelling of mouse auricles and reduce the weight of mouse auricles; increase the weight of mouse thymus and spleen, and increase the level of serum hemolysin in mice; significantly reduce the liver damage caused by CCL4 and naphthyl isothiocyanate. It can improve the transaminase activity and bilirubin content in the serum of injured mice and protect liver damage.
Application:
Hypaerine has obvious anti-inflammatory, immune-enhancing, enzyme-reducing, jaundice-reducing, and anti-liver-damage effects. It is speculated that hypaerine may be one of the effective components of chicken bone grass against hepatitis, which provides clinical anti-hepatitis application and Preparation development provides experimental basis.
Biological activity:
Hypaphorine is an indole alkaloid extracted from Pisolithus tinctorius and has neurologic hypoglycemic effects in rodents.
Chemical properties:
White crystalline powder, soluble in methanol, ethanol, DMSO and other organic solvents.
